Joe from Prestige was very courteous and friendly. He was also ingenious in coming up with a solution for the install of the door handles and locks I had purchased. He came back a couple of days later to fix a problem with the latching of door handle and showed me how I am able to change the batteries on my smart lock when the time comes.
